The famed 18 steps of Ubrangala Shri Mahadeva Parvathi Shri Shasthara temple, which was rebuilt in 1982 during earlier Brahmakalasha were dismantled last month during Nadappura reconstruction. The steps were reconstructed after laying a solid foundation. With the addition of a magnificent welcome arch to the Nadappura, the grandeur of Padinettampadi has been enhanced now.
The `Mahabalikkallu` was of laterite stone earlier. This also was rebuilt by granite now.
