Dhoomavathi Daivasthanam - progress in construction 2017-2019

The `Mathrumandali` has magnanimously taken up the resposibility of entire construction of the same.

After the Anujna Kalasha on 06-09-2017, `Shramadaana` by volunteers - both males & females - continued incessantly for more than 3 weeks to flatten the mound and vana at the propoed site of Daivasthanam. Then, Sudarshana Homa was performed on 20-11-2017 night under the guidance of Brahmashri Delampady Balakrishna Thanthri at the gudi site. The foundation was laid on 29.11.2017 between 08.30 & 09.00 AM and the Gudi construction work was started. (Anujna Kalasha, Sudarshana Homa, Shramadaan works - pictures & videos have been uploaded in facebook page, as website was down for few days for technical reasons). For `Nalmara muhurtha` on 20.02.2018, Jackfruit tree was donated by Paregadde Mr. Ashok Kunikullaya & brothers. As part of fund collection drive, the Mathrusamithi had also organised a lucky dip draw, which was performed on Maha Shivarathri day 13-02-2018.

On 28-08-2018, Tuesday morning `Aaarooda yerisuva muhurtha` (raising the roof of Gudi of Daivasthanam) was performed, following which Gudi & Gopuram`s roof wood works were completed and were tiled.
